The Audit Trail should track entries and changes to Ledger (payments & adjustments) by the staff member logged in who is making the change WITHOUT using passwords! For busy practices, requiring multiple security password entries even within the same account is very problematic and time consuming.
Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately, for security reasons and the validity of the Audit Trail, passwords need to be required for the detailed logging being requested.
The audit trail needs to also record, the logged in employee, who is making changes, adjustments or write-offs on an account. Right now, anyone can go into an account and make adjustments and it is not logged.
