Dentrix Launcher for Multiple Users Simultaneously

Hello,

 

We would love to get the simultaneous use of the Dentrix Launcher back.

We used to have it working on a 2008 R2 terminal server with Dentrix version 6.1 . However after the required move to a Server 2019 RDS with Dentrix version 6.7, now only one user can have the launcher open.

Would love to get it working again.

    Same issue with our office, 2012 R2 terminal server after upgrading from 7.2 to 7.4.
