Make the Insurance note button available on family file, Ledger and pt chart and tx plan. and maybe as a button on toolbar accessible from many different modules. We wants easy access to it. For example if front desk or hygienist wants to know how often they take FMX or apply Fl varnish. They can find all that info In the insurance notes. But it is very hard to get to that button. we want easily access. From family file, ledger and pt chart and tx plan pages.

Insurance Plan Notes are used to keep track of special requirements the insurance company can impose and to add any other information about an insurance company. Insurance Plan Notes can be updated and changed at any time. All Insurance Plan Notes entered will show up from the Insurance Plan Note box of any patient with that insurance plan. This note will also appear in the Insurance Claim dialog box, but will not print on the claim.
To add an Insurance Plan note there are three ways:
Open the Family File | Open the Insurance Information Screen | Click Coverage Table | Click Notes | Enter in the plan note.
Open the Office Manager | Click Maintenance | Reference | Insurance Maintenance | Locate the desired insurance plan and highlight it | Click Coverage Table | Click Notes | Enter in the plan note.
Open an existing Insurance claim in the patient's ledger | Double Click on the Insurance Plan Note and add the note.
