It would be super helpful to be able to automatically purge or archive the duplicate plan when you are joining two plans to clean up the insurance maintenance. This is already a HUGE task for our office as previous staff from years ago kept putting the same plans in over and over. I would love the option to join the plan and select purge for the source insurance plan going into the destination insurance plan.

This does need to be a thing. Once you join/Merge a plan it should become 1.

I would like to add that we should be able to highlight multiple plans to combine into one! Doing it one at a time is VERY inefficient and extremely time consuming being that you have to wait until every computer is completely logged out of Dentrix. Open Dental has this capability and is super easy! You highlight all the plans you want to combine and then it gives you the option to choose which one to keep and you click combine....that easy. It takes less than 30 seconds. Please consider!! :) Thank you
