Not sure who decided that 7.3.3 was a good idea but we have lost features that worked well and have gained nothing but a slow down in getting from one module to another. The CDT codes are no longer automatically correcting on the ledger if there is a change in the surfaces of a restoration; We can no longer attach Electronic EOB's to a secondary insurance claim, the Patient Picture Document Type in the Doc Ctr is no longer an option for us to scan photo ID to; Attachments from the document center are extremely difficult to work with; These are just a few of the EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING changes that came with this update-I can't imagine that everyone wouldn't want to go back to what we had prior to this update-it didn't bring anything worth having and took away things that have been working well for years. I think you need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Updates should bring us new features, better options and make life easier-this on did not do any of that. Very Disappointing!

You can create document types in the setup of the document center. Go to:

-setup
-document types
you should be able to create a new "file folder" for them.
