We had a glitch in our software that caused the "assignment of benefits and release of information" areas to become not automatically selected. Insurance checks have ended up going to the patient's and we are having a hard time collecting that money from the patient's once they've cashed the checks etc... I spoke with a representative this morning to attempt to get a report. He stated it is not available with the software.
We would like to hear back from you on clarification for what you need in this report. Through the aging report and billing statements, there should be a way to gather a list of patients you need to collect from. For steps on how to do this, we encourage you to contact support at 833-471-2273.
