I have had to call Dentrix a number of times over the last 2 weeks due to the updates not working properly. I would like to be able to work quietly and talk with patients at the desk but instead I have to listen to the same recording over and over. Dentrix wait times have been very long so please remove this.

the issue is the recorded music and voice interrupting the music.
PLEASE IMPLEMENT A SILENT HOLD!
