Remove the "on hold talking" when being put on hold with Dentrix

I have had to call Dentrix a number of times over the last 2 weeks due to the updates not  working properly.  I would like to be able to work quietly and talk with patients at the desk but instead I have to listen to the same recording over and over.  Dentrix wait times have been very long so please remove this.

    PLEASE REMOVE THE INTERRUPTING VOICE AND MUSIC. I would be able to help our patients without the constant interruptions. I think we all know how to stay on hold and don't need to be told 70 times to wait for an agent. Thanks!

    That's not the complaint!

    the issue is the recorded music and voice interrupting the music.

    PLEASE IMPLEMENT A SILENT HOLD!
