There's absolutely ZERO flexibility with merging Referred By items, even for those which for some reason have duplicate names... The practice resource setup should not even allow Referred By items to be created with the exact same name, but for some reason we have several such duplicates and we are apparently stuck with them. This may have happened when we upgraded to a new server and imported the database a few years back? For example, we have one named "RSVP" with 99 referred patients, and another one named exactly the same way with only 9. We should be able to have the more flexibility to alter or merge these. It should be a simple fix. As it stands, we are told the only way to fix this is by going into each patient's file and changing it to the other one...then deleting the one that eventually carries zero patients, so we can ultimately clean up the list... Are you kidding me, go into hundred of patients' files individually????? Dentrix is supposed to be the software leader in dentist practice management software, please start acting like you are.
