We are looking for total outstanding balance. With the way the report is done does not help us or make sense. We are an out of network office. When I add up the Account balance column I get $108,181.08 this number is the total outstanding AR. However per your calculations it says that we have $64,093.07 which is incorrect. You cannot go off of insurance estimate because that is not guarantee. I feel that there should be an option to remove the estimated insurance and guarantor portion and just give the total of outstanding monies.
