It is a terrible idea to have an "update payment table" button while entering insurance payments. While we currently have an option to adjust security rights, but it applies to having anything to do with a payment table. Users keep utilizing this and updating the payment table while entering an insurance payment, without considering if it is a correct reimbursement fee that they are updating in the payment table. If we take away security rights towards the payment table, no one would be able to add or delete a payment table, or even adjust the fee in the current payment table. Please please please take away this button, it is causing more problems than it could ever solve.
