We need the ability to edit the info needed to enter a new patient appointment in the Book. If Dentrix must have certain info, that's fine, but we should be able to ADD information needed to create the appt. Specifically DOB.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
Dentrix I-2332 suggests to add “New patient” as a status in the family file. I think this would solve most of these issues. You may want to vote for that.
