We often have patients who come in with a broken tooth and choose to only do the build-up at that time (either because of our schedule or because of their finances). They likely are planning to come back at a later time to finish the crown. We'd like to be able to see at-a-glance in the patient chart that the build-up is done but not the crown. Perhaps add a dotted option in the crown paint selection (this is currently available in surface restorations, like fillings, but not for crown codes)?

This would be very helpful and flexible partials don't show up on the tooth chart either. It would be nice if all treatment showed up on it.
