For insurance verification offices require the use of a patient/guarantor's primary and secondary insurance details (name, group name, phone number, etc). The subscriber ID is the most critical piece of this information as it identifies the patient to the insurance company. Having this as an eligible field for such a report would save hours a week on manual labor to pull these details, saving thousands of dollars annually by reducing inefficient work.
