Everyone in the office would know why the msg was sent and the journal view would list it so you'd know how many hyg, tx, appt contacts you made that day. Right now, we can ck statements, letters, or manual journal notes we've made for recall and/or treatment (the treatment manager journal doesn't update anymore so we don't use it - you can see who needs treatment but you don't know if you contacted a patient last month or yesterday unless you check them individually which makes the previous oj column useless).
