It would be nice to be able to run a report showing the per-determinations we have sent to insurance companies for cost and treatment approval. Insurance companies taking so long to respond back to us and then the pt gets put on hold. If we had a report we could run and then be able to follow up with the insurance companies to get the approval sooner.
