A report is needed to easily identify treatment planned items for patients with insurance that have NOT been batched for sending in the a predetermination insurance claim. This report would be the equivalent report as "Procedures Not Attached to Insurance" but for predeterminations vs. a unbatched claim for completed treatment items.
I previously submitted under https://dentrix.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DTX-I-923 but was told by the Admin that request was an existing feature. Upon further review of the referenced KB and with Dentrix support, I was told this report was NOT available. You can report on treatment planned procedures once they are added to a predetermination claim, but prior to being batched there is no current way to easily report to view treatment planned items that have not been created for sending to the insurance company.
