I need Dentrix to really look into this issue that has been occurring at the end of 2025. There STILL hasn't been any changes. Our office is located in the DMV, which means 70% of our patient base are federal government employees and have federal based plans like GEHA. We are unable to submit claims to GEHA as a secondary carrier due to "line level coordination". A requirement GEHA made and that DENTRIX apparently doesn't have the "technology" to accommodate. The only option DENTRIX has given us is to mail and fax claims. This is absurd, if we have 100s of patients with that policy. Not only is this a requirement made from GEHA, there are other insurances that are now requiring this line level of coordination. Why is still unresolved??
