We have used the software for years and document whenever weve had interactions that involve the patient's account. Be it disputing a bill, or resubmitting a claim, or arguing with insurance about a claim, we document it in the account note. Were now at the point where patients are reaching that limit, and we can no longer document in that note. That simply shouldn't happen. There is no reasonable explanation for there to be a limit to the amount of notes you can put on a patient's account. The file size is negligible. We have to come up with an alternative to the account note, or delete notes. Neither is acceptable. The software should just work.
