Needs to be a faster and more efficient way to view Unscheduled Appointments and their details from the family file. A patient phones in, we open the family file, click on the More Info button, and then can see an unscheduled appointment but unable to read the details or work with that appointment. This happens multiple times per day for our front desk team and it would be so much more efficient to be able to open and edit and book these unscheduled appointments from the "More Info" button out of the Family File.
