I already pay for AI imaging. The idea was to get the imaging so it could help with claim acceptance. The fact that we cant attach the AI image makes the AI imaging useless. Since, as dentists, we already know how to read the Xray. Unless it's about to work, we will be contacting Dentrix to discontinue.
