We like to be able to generate statements that show all history since the last 0 balance. This provides greater clarity for the patient to understand where the balance comes from. Otherwise, there is often a balance listed on the balance forward date line (defaults to one month ago) for which the patient cannot see corresponding transactions. Currently, we can only do this manually which is time consuming. This would be a great compliment to statements generated in the recent "Post Claim Closure Report."
