We have a post office box that prints on our statements. However, this PO Box appears on printed prescriptions. We would like to set up to have our physical address appear on prescriptions and our PO Box on statements.

We have been notified that here in Alabama the current Dentrix format for our printed prescriptions is invalid. There must be separate signature lines for "Dispense as Written" and "Generic Substitution Permitted." I called and opened Case #02504184 regarding this issue today.
