To save time on scheduling an event, make the first entry be where you are entering the reason for the event/description. If you are ALREADY choosing the date and time, it would make sense to use the first entry the reason for the event. You can always move the event time to where the description is if additional changes need to be made. Its annoying to tab 17 times or click over 1/2 way down to the box just to get to the description area when you initially chose the date and time .
