When a payment is made on a family file, it should go to the corresponding family member's account with that same amount due and post as paid. Having all payments go to the head of the household means that we have to credit and debit within the family to make each account a zero as if left as is, it is confusing to see that a family member has a balance when the family as a whole has a zero. When printing out each patient's ledger, it currently looks to them that they owe.
