with the new Dentrix Forms feature, I'd like to be able to send multiple forms to the same patient at one time. For example, when a patient needs both consent for Nitrous Oxide, Composite Restoration, and an Extraction, I'd like to be able to supply a form for each one, and send all of them at the same time. Being able to select the forms from the appt screen, or from patient profile would be ideal.
