Follow Eaglesoft! They have a report that shows any account that has a debit/credit circumstance and it allows you, with a key stroke to take of them as a whole or individually without taking the time to make a credit adjustment and then a debit adjustment. Makes things easy and keeps things clean. I use to run it once a week. PLEASE look into this!!
