I would like to see medications that a patient lists in the questionnaire be able to show up when a medical history is updated, we can't even copy from the questionnaire and paste it into the medical history.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I need it as a data set like the one made for medical condiditons. That way we can have it auto populate a patient update in our quick letters. The medical conditions already do that so why wouldn't you have that for medicaions and allergies that you implementd last year?
