I can't tell you how much time I've spent looking for how to complain about this recent upgrade. I feel that strongly about its lack of functionality. Now instead of being able to toggle between images in the patient chart I have to exsit out and click into the next image. When smart image tab was around our office didn't use it, now since it has gone away and the modifications have been made to the Image tab our office staff doesn't even bother using it and goes directly to our Dexis software that does let us pan through images. Also our front office was complaining the issues they have when submitting claims and their loss of functionality. Not a single member of my office has found the enhancement useful. Overall do NOT recommend, and do not use, bring back the original.
