20+ year Dentrix user. You now risk losing me as a customer because of this AI garbage. Do you know how ridiculous it is to put a star rating on a screen in front of a patient? Not that we need your input at all. We took radiology. I asked about the AI functions before they went live and was told there would be an option to toggle them off. I was lied to. We can't. I hate the AI functions. Hate. Hate. Haaaate. Them. They're not even correct. And that garbage Claire AI, it populated a customer ID for me that wasn't correct but I couldn't change. So it wouldn't connect me to a chat. Dogsh*t awful and useless. Seriously. You've ruined what could have been a great platform.
You seem to have forgotten that I am the customer and am paying you for a service. You don't get to pick which services I am paying for. If you go to a restaurant and order something, the waiter can't just give you a meal you didn't ask for and charge you extra for it. This is nonsense. Get rid of it.
