When there are some major changes in look or design changing the way that we need to input things such as the changes with Dexis this round. When turned on this AM prior to Dentrix opening we had no clue have to navigate with the new Dexis setup. It would be very helpful prior to the update to send an email out so those people using it can be informed and prepared on how to use this.
