Currently, billing statements are only copied to the Document Center after they are printed. This creates unnecessary steps for offices that email statements and maintain paperless workflows.
We would like an option to generate billing statements directly to the Document Center without printing to a physical printer or PDF printer.
Suggested options:
• Save Statement to Document Center Only
• Generate Statement Without Printing
• Email Statement and Automatically Save a Copy to the Document Center
