Add a drop down to include a second part of a practice

Add a drop down to include a second part of a practice ie: sleep practice and general practice for the same provider.

We have a general practice and a sleep practice. We are able to keep the money separate with our credit card company and bank. We would like to have a drop down so it would be like running a second practice ( same provider) parallel to each other
