When adding a family member (Ins/guarantor or other) it requires a dob- Sometimes it is not necessary and prevents us from adding a parent to the account.
Remove requirement to add referral for added family members. This give incorrect numbers for our referring doctors. Most added family members are for insurance/guantors and they are NOT patients. Therefore, the new patient report is incorrect.
