As someone who is frequently bouncing between a claim in the ledger, insurance websites, and phone calls, it would be nice if a patient's DOB is everywhere their names is! I understand the concerns for HIPAA, like how you can switch the "views" in the schedule to not include sensitive patient information, but for day-to-day staff activities, it would be soooo helpful if everyone's DOB is right next to their Name.
