It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to add a general treatment plan note on ALL, rather than one by one. We would love if the treatment plans printed with a note stating that the fees associated with the treatment are NOT final. That insurance coverage and patient responsibility is determined AFTER a pre-determination is received. Especially since we are out of network with insurances and our fees are a little different :)
