Please allow users to double-click on a patient in the Fill Appointment list to open their appointment, identical to the ASAP list functionality. Currently, I can text from the list, but I have to open a separate window to log that I've tried reaching them. Enabling this shortcut in the Fill Appointment list would significantly improve efficiency.
