Our requirements are as follows:
Logic-Based Identification: A report or filter that identifies all patients on the daily schedule whose "Medical History Update" is 6 months or over.
Auto-Populated Forms: For those identified patients, the ability to batch-print (or generate in the Document Center) a Medical History form that is already pre-filled with their current information on file.
The form should include:
A Checkbox for the patient to confirm that all existing information is still correct.
Dedicated Update Fields or space for the patient to write in changes if necessary.
Ideally, this would be an option within the Appointment List or Daily Report where we can "Print Medical Updates for Today’s Due Patients" in one click.
Currently, identifying these patients manually and printing individual blank forms and they fill it up on spot, which is time-consuming. Having this integrated would significantly improve our clinical accuracy and front-desk efficiency.
