Create a Completed Patient Treatment Report which is a patient ledger report without the financials and only the completed procedures (Procedure date and description along with tooth number if applicable) done in current practice. Report must have Patient information as well (DOB, Address, Tel Number, Gender, Insurance Name). This report will help when a patient transfers to a new practice & the clinical team will be able to access and review treatment previously done at formally practice.
