While attaching images to a claim with Smart Image, if you select multiple images from a set of images, but not all images (for example, 20 images out of a 21 image series). The images attach as individual images to the claim.
Like the old one with Dexis.

We absolutely need to be able to attach images as a set, not only individually. We attach narratives to the films, which means we have to copy and past the narrative for all 18 images if we are sending an FMX which is often required for certain claims. For Dentrix to decide to alter the way we utilize other imaging software, is ridiculous.
Yes, the new update has been nothing short of a DISASTER! It's been 1 month and we are still struggling with attaching images to claims!
