The eclaims verification no longer alerts us to needed attachments if they are not attached. A call to Support informs me that this feature is no longer available. Please reinstate this feature to ensure claims are processed correctly. Otherwise, we have a report/step in eclaims submission that is useless. The auto attachment does not work with our office xray system.
