There's a lot of suggested ideas that providers/office staff that are very important for patient care and business but it seems like Dentrix for years is not doing anything about it.
Add more characters on text reminders and Add the day of the week - Do you know how many times patients show up on the wrong day of their appt. ever since we change to Dentrix? A lot. Easy dental used to have the whole date and day of the week on their reminders. Also, we can add the policy for cancellation w/o 24hr. notice fee on their reminders, not anymore on Dentrix.
Why can't we customize the treatment plan (font, design etc.) when printing? It's so tiny! Our patients are having a hard time seeing their treatment and the price.
Why can't we download the files? Especially for claims, treatment plan etc.
