Several insurance companies require area of arch AND tooth number on claims for code D4342. Dentrix does not have a way to chart and submit with both. Their recommendation is to manually print a paper claim, handwrite it on the claim and submit via USPS. This will increase claim processing time dramatically and, in this day and age, is unacceptable. A fix or update is needed from the developers immediately.
