Dentrix imaging has made our workflow slower. With having to click multiple times to get to the image we're looking for and overall getting used to it. Please bring back the old Dexis imaging & smart image.
The new imaging has been a disaster for the staff. It has caused so much confusion and delay on all patient cases. Please remove this interface and keep the old one.
You can change how the images bridge -- you can still bridge it with Dexis from this update you're mentioning. HOWEVER, newer update now changed the sensor icon to connect with Dentrix Imaging only, which I loathe entirely. Forcing Dentrix Imaging on us is insane, especially while it's still in this buggy stage of being slow, difficult to use, and just overall garbage.
Yes, the new imaging has been a disaster for our office, and our billers are spending double time trying to send claims. The lettering and x-ray images are SO SMALL now that some of our older employees are having a hard time. This is a major accessibility issue for this software!

Xrays are slow to show up in the chart view when assistants are taking xrays.
Bring back the old Dexis image tab, it was working just fine.
Pls add a toggle bar to allow easy view of only the images taken on that specific date. I dont need to compare every xray with previous years.
