Dentrix imaging has made our workflow slower. With having to click multiple times to get to the image we're looking for and overall getting used to it. Please bring back the old Dexis imaging & smart image.
Yes, the new imaging has been a disaster for our office, and our billers are spending double time trying to send claims. The lettering and x-ray images are SO SMALL now that some of our older employees are having a hard time. This is a major accessibility issue for this software!
