There are a lot of general offices that do orthodontics and insurances typically have separate lifetime maximums. We are having to constantly go back and adjust the patient's annual max because the system currently deducts from that. This feature would need to be attached to the claim details where ortho is selected so the system would know to deduct from their ortho max and not the patient's annual dental max. There is currently a family lifetime maximum, but we need an individual lifetime max option.
