Before Dentrix update this last version, I was able to link a secondary insurance to the already processed primary claim, (including if the month is closed) the primary claim it used to have an option to check in order to update your secondary insurance and create a secondary claim, now if we have a patient giving us secondary insurance information later after the primary claim is processed, I won't be able to link it without reentered all the procedures and payment again. Please put the option back.
