some practices have the issue with chart slowness, we fix it renaming the automator.dll on Dentrix files, It would be great if there is an update that avoid us doing this step, maybe optimizing the imaging integrations since it is a regular issue

That would be a good change, given the option to print a separate statement, especially when another member of the family has pending claims that sometimes take longer to process, I have to print the ledger and use it as a statement in order to collect sooner.
