A staff member shutdown one of our offices today by creating an event that stated we were closed which triggered our operators to call the patients scheduled and cancel or reschedule their treatments. We wanted to identify which user created the event but found ourselves without recourse because Dentrix G25 audit trails do not include ANY information about the creation, contents, author, editor, deletion of an appointment book event. This is unacceptable and is one of the least complicated/ least buried in SQL items to track yet its entirely absent.
