We are very dissatisfied. Upon presenting a treatment plan to a fee for service patient an alert was present allowing the patient to click onto a discount plan, with out our authorization. THIS IS NOT OK!
WE NEED A RESPONSE ON WHY THIS WAS DONE AND OUR FEE SHOULD BE DISCOUNTED BY YOU!
