Hi! We have been using the dentrix eligibility and so far so good, but we've notice that when a plan will be terminated at the end of the month, the little eligibility "E" is already marked red. Is there a way to change it to orange or a different color so we know to look into it, but don't automatically think it's terminated? We have to go to actual insurance website every time and look them up just to find out that they are still active an eligible. This seems like a system flaw. Thanks!
