The newest update is now requiring the exact age of a restoration to the day. This is not necessary for insurance purposes, just how old the restoration is in years was sufficient. This new addition creates a halt in the insurance claim creation process. Previous Dentrix software allowed the approx age to be inserted without having to look up or ask the patient for an exact date to the day. Please remove it as it was in the original versions.
